Cemetery Gates Podcast #5 Cemetery Gates Podcast #5 – Robo Vampire (1988) and Higanjima (2009)

Listen to the episode here: Cemetery Gates Podcast #5

AndroidVirus and Xander Kane are back with another episode to discuss the worst in Horror movies (so you don’t have to!)

Before the flicks, we get into a discussion about 555, a movie Xander got initially because he remembered how cool the art look as a kid. He finally got down to watching it, but was ultimately disappointed, especially since he built it up in his head because of the cover art.
Android discusses his memories as a kid with old horror cover art, but can’t remember the names just how creepy they were.

We also discuss other documentaries and TV shows they have watched over the week, but also talk about Loot Crate! Android has never seen this, and Xander talks about how cool it is.

We finally jump into our reviews and first up is ‘Robo Vampire’! Directed by Godfrey Ho, it is an action crime horror flick! Read more about it here:

Up next we discussed the 2009 Tae-gyun Kim Film ‘Higanjima (Escape From Vampire Island)’. Higanjima is an eerie island occupied by vampires, from where none has ever come back alive. When teenager Akira hears that his missing brother has been seen in the island, he decides to investigate with several friends. See more about it below!
